Baby Cal will visit La Petite Academy, located at 2616 Gosford Rd., from 8 to 9 a.m. Baby Cal will be pumping up the kids, as they will be joining the Condors for Opening Night as a group. calandcoach
 
Baby Cal will then make her way to Heir Force Academy Preschool, located at 4701 Gosford Rd., from 9 to 10 a.m. Baby Cal will be getting the kids excited as they are coming to the Condors Opening Night as a group. For more information on how you can bring a group out to a Condors game, click here

Wednesday, Oct. 12

Condors VP of Communications, Kevin Bartl, will be a guest on 107.9 KUZZ, The Morning Show with Steve and Geoff at 8:10 a.m. Make sure you tune in to listen to Kevin talk about this weekend’s Opening Night.

Thursday, Oct. 13

Colonel Claw’d and Condors staff will appear at Colonel Howard Nichols Elementary School, located at 3401 Renegade Ave., from 9 to 10 a.m. Colonel Claw’d will be joining the school’s 50th Birthday Celebration.

Baby Cal and Condors staff will be at Beardsley Elementary School, located at 1001 Roberts Ln., from 5 to 7 p.m. Colonel Claw’d will be greeting the students, parents and staff attending the Fall Carnival that night.

The Condors will have an informational booth set up at the Kelly Blanton Center, located at 300 East Truxtun Ave., from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Make sure you stop by the Condors booth to get information on the season and say hello to your very own Condors mascot, Colonel Claw’d.

Saturday, Oct. 15

This Saturday is Opening Night for the Bakersfield Condors at Rabobank Arena! Come cheer on your Condors as they open the season against the Colorado Eagles. The first 3,000 fans 5 and older will receive a Back-to-Back Pacific Division Championship Banner, in honor of the one that will rise to the rafters that night! Doors open at 5:30 p.m., the puck drops at 7 p.m. Great ticket packages are still available, visit www.bakersfieldcondors.com for more information.

Slapshot, the mascot, will appear at Martin Luther King Jr. Park, located on East California Ave., just east of South Owens, from 11 to 12 p.m. Slapshot will join all of the festivities honoring the local heroes who give their time to Bakersfield’s Southeast community.

golftouCondors 14th Annual Charity Golf Classic:

The Condors host their 14th Annual Charity Golf Classic on Monday, Oct. 17 at Noon. This year’s event will be at RiverLakes Golf Course located at 5201 RiverLakes Dr. Teams are comprised of four entrants and a Condors player at a cost of $125 per person. Entry fee includes greens fees, cart, range balls, a sack lunch, one free putt in the putting contest, three free raffle tickets, specialty hat and a goodie bag.
