CONDORS IN THE COMMUNITY: Kids Club Skate With The Team Party on Wednesday

Condors celebrated Thanksgiving week with two charity collections. On Tuesday, November 26th, 1400 lbs of canned food was collected for the Bakersfield Homeless Center.  Saturday night, fans packed the arena for the much anticipated Teddy Bear Toss game and a total of 7,477 stuffed animals were thrown to the ice before being distributed to dozens of local charities through the United Way.

KIDS CLUB PARTY

All Kids Club members are invited to a Skate With The Team Party from 5-8 p.m. at Rollerama West – 7850 Brimhall Rd.Hang with the players, play some Condors games and win some fun prizes!  Attendance is free for all Kids Club Members and includes skate rental, a slice of pizza, and all the autographs you can get!

Not a Kids Club Member? You can sign-up at the party for only $10 and receive exclusive gifts, parties, access to the Kids Zone all season long and FREE admission to 5 more select Condors home games!

 

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5:

Tune in for the latest news and inside information with the return of Condors Insider from 4 – 5 p.m. available on Fox Sports 970,www.foxsports970am.com, and iHeartRadio.
Condors players and mascots will float through downtownBakersfield atop the Dignity Health float in the Bakersfield Christmas Parade “An Old Fashioned Christmas”.  The parade begins outside the KGET-17 studios at the corner of 22nd and “L” streets at 6 p.m.  It will be broadcast live on KGET Channel 17.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6: 
A Condors player and mascot will reward a special class through the Brighthouse Networks, Condors, and La Campasina Radio Classroom of the Month. Winning classes receive a special lunch hour visit, pizza and tickets to an upcoming Condors game.

Colonel Claw’d will join the American Red Cross at the Holiday for Heroes mail signing event being held at Valley Plaza Mall from 2 -4 p.m. Community members are invited to sign holiday cards that will be sent to active and retired military members.

Condor mascot Slapshot will skate with participants at the Winter Playground being held at the SJCH Ice Sports Center from 7-8 p.m.

 
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7:
 
Baby Cal will take part in a holiday festival hosted by In the Wings studio of dance. The event will feature performances and activities and conclude with a parade at 3:30 p.m. In the Wings is located at 3524 Mt Pinos Way in Frazier Park.

CONDORS HOME GAME:
The Condors host the Las Vegas Wranglers for MMA Night sponsored by My45 and KiX 92.1. Fans can take their picture with heavyweight Daniel Cormier and see a first-ever MMA exhibition on ice!  Doors open at 6 p.m. and the puck drops at 7 p.m. For more information contact the Condors office at 324-PUCK (7825).

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 8:

A Condors player and mascot will be at the Children Joining Children for Success Holiday Skating Extravaganza from 10 -11:30 a.m. at the SJCH Ice Sports Center.  The event is for children in foster care or from the Jamison Center and will feature face painting, skating, stocking stuffers and other activities.

Colonel Claw’d will cruise around the Toy Drive and Car Show from 12 – 1:30 p.m. at the Ronald McDonald House, 420 34th Street.
