FERLIN ASSIGNED TO CONDORS

The Edmonton Oilers have assigned winger Brian Ferlin to Bakersfield. He was signed to a one-year NHL contract on July 1, 2017.

The former fourth-round pick, 121st overall, in the 2011 NHL Draft has played seven NHL games, all for the Boston Bruins. The 25-year-old right winger has one career NHL point.

In 78 career AHL games, Ferlin has recorded 17 goals and 17 assists. He went to school at Cornell University.
