    Fans Asked:
Q: Aren't the ushers supposed to stop people from coming down aisles during play?
    A:
Basic hockey etiquette indicates that fans should NOT walk down the aisles during play, or for that matter, get up from their seat. While the latter is difficult to enforce, we do ask the ushers to hold fans at the top of sections during play. It is very important that this happens, not only to avoid blocking the view of others, but primarily from a safety perspective - if the puck should come out of play and into the stands, we want all attention focused on the ice so no one gets hurt. Please alert your usher if people are traveling excessively up and down the aisles during play. You may also voice your concerns to a security supervisor or our customer service table during the game. It important to us to maintain a safe and friendly environment.

Q: What happens to all the hats thrown on the ice after a hat trick?
    A:
Great question. They are collected and placed at the customer service table on the concourse behind section 108. You can retrieve them there after the game. After the arena is cleared out they are taken over the Condors office and you can pick them up there the next business day. Our office hours are 8:30am- 5:00pm, Monday- Friday with additional hours on game days.
