PULJUJARVI ASSIGNED
CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors announced today that the Edmonton Oilers have assigned RW Jesse Puljujarvi to Bakersfield. Also, the Oilers placed D Mark Fayne on waivers for the purpose of assignment to Bakersfield.
PULJUJARVI ASSIGNED; FAYNE ON WAIVERS FOR PURPOSE OF ASSIGNMENT
- Puljujarvi was drafted fourth overall in the 2016 NHL Draft by Edmonton
- At 18, he was the second youngest player to ever play in the AHL
- Had 28 points (12g-16a) in 39 games with Bakersfield which led the team in rookie scoring
- Fayne, 30, had 17 points (3g-14a) in 39 games with the Condors last season
