Condors in the Community: Condors at Festival of Beers this Saturday

The Condors will be at the Festival of Beers, being held at Stramler Park located at 3805 Chester Ave. from 1 to 5 p.m. The Condors will have a booth set up with prizes and a chance to win tickets to a 2030logo2011-12 season game.  All of the proceeds from the festival benefits the Active 20/30 Club who has donated over $60,000 to local charities in past years. The Condors Booster Club is having a huge parking lot sale at Whispering Meadows Apartments located on China Grade Loop from 6:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Support the people who support the Condors! Go Check it out!

The Condors staff will be out at CSUB Amphitheater located at 9083 Stockdale Hwy from 12 to 4 p.m. to support the Wounded Heroes Fund. The Condors will join the festivities of live music, complimentary lunch, and children’s activities. For more information click here.

Get Ready to Read:

The Condors Summer Reading Program kicks off June 6th through July 30th at Beale Library located at 701 Truxtun Ave. If you read 10 books or more you will receive a complimentary ticket to a game during the 2011-12 season. Stay tuned for more information by visiting

Even though the hockey season has concluded, the Condors will still be out in the community all throughout the off-season. If you’re interested in getting any of our mascots, Colonel Claw’d, Baby Cal or Slapshot, the inflatable Slapshot Booth or the Condors prize wheel out to your camp, youth program, school or other event, contact the Condors.
