CONDORS IN THE COMMUNITY: Condors Don’t Litter & Celebrate 100 years of Girl Scouts

Condors front office staff film an anti-litter public service announcement, attend a mixer at Melo’s Gas & Gear and Head Coach Matt O’Dette signs autographs at the Girl Scout Family Barbecue.

MONDAY, JULY 23:
Condors front office staff and dedicated fans did their part to promote keeping Bakersfield litter-free. The 30 second video features fans celebrating trash being put in it’s place. This will air on Brighthouse OnDemand channels during the months of August & September as part of the Keep Bakersfield Beautiful anti-litter PSA contest. THURSDAY, JULY 26:
Members of the Condors front office will be attending & volunteering at the Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce “Absolute Zero” Mixer being held at Melo’s Gas & Gear. From 5:30-7:30 p.m. attendees can receive a VIP tour Melo’s facilities at 311 Kentucky Street while being treated to ice cream treats made with liquid nitrogen.
SATURDAY, JULY 28:

 

Head Coach Matt O’Dette will join mascots Colonel Claw’d and Baby Cal at the Girl Scout Family Barbecue & Concert. Celebrating 100 years of girl scouting, the event features food, activities & live entertainment. Festivities start at 11 a.m. at the Kern County Fairgrounds.
