Jean Collection Night/High School & College ID Night

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Condors take to the Mercy and Memorial Hospitals Home Ice at Rabobank Arena for a midweek game on Wednesday at 7 p.m. against the Colorado Eagles. Doors will open at 6 p.m.

Fans are asked to bring a new or gently used pair of jeans to the game for donation, sponsored by Goodwill Industries. Those who bring a pair of jeans to donate can receive a $1 ticket to the game. Anyone who donates a pair of acid wash jeans will be immediately asked to leave. (just kidding!)

High school and college students can purchase $1 lower level tickets by presenting their current school I.D. card at the box office presented by 92.5 La Campesina. Grab your group of friends and have a nice night out at the game!

The Condors would like to continue extending a helping hand to Condorstown’s unemployed with an offer of up to four (4) complimentary tickets to the remaining two Wednesday home games. It is a difficult time in the job market today and the Condors hope to ease the burden with a fun night out at the rink for the families of those having trouble finding work.

To receive the tickets, fans must bring their notice of unemployment from the Employment Development Department of California to the box office. Box office hours are Monday through Friday from 10-6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10-4 p.m. with extended hours on gamedays.

Prior to the game the Condors will auction off the warm-up jerseysof Matt Keetley, Scott Freeman, Chris Kushneriuk, Scott Greenham, Ian McKenzie and Justin Pender. The live auction will happen on the ice starting at 6:45 p.m. The team will auction all of the warm-up sweaters prior to each of the last four home games with proceeds benefiting the Active 20-30 Club.

Stop by The Bakersfield Marriott Autograph Booth at the north end of the concourse after the game to get an autograph from C Robby Dee and D Justin Pender.

All games will be broadcast live in their entirety on Fox Sports 970 AM, and also available online at www.foxsports970am.com. In addition, anyone with a smartphone can download the iheartradioapp and tune into the action from anywhere. Saturday’s action is also the Condors Game of the Week on Fox Sports Radio 610 in Lancaster.
