CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors (8-6-1-1, 18pts), owned by the Edmonton Oilers, fell 3-2 to the Stockton Thunder (5-10-0-0, 10pts) in front of 8,209 fans – mostly rowdy students – on Field Trip Day Thursday morning at Rabobank Arena. LW Kellen Jones and F Josh Currie were the goal scorers for Bakersfield.

This afternoon, the Oklahoma City Barons announced they traded RW Mitch Holmberg to the Utica Comets. Holmberg appeared in eight games for the Bakersfield Condors this season, registering one assist.
