GAME RECAP: San Diego 3, Condors 2 (SO)

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors (17-16-7-1) scored a shorthanded goal with under two minutes left in regulation to force an extra session, but the San Diego Gulls (21-17-1-0) prevailed 3-2 in a shootout. C Brad Malone scored his third shorthanded goal of the season to tie it late for Bakersfield. The same two teams will meet tomorrow night at 7 p.m. for Star Wars Night at Rabobank Arena.
