The Condors and Roadrunners wrap up the weekend at 7 p.m. Bakersfield is 3-1-2 in six games, with points in five of six, so far in the season series.
LOOKING BACK
For the second straight game, the Condors failed to close out a game they led after two as the fell 3-2 in overtime a night ago.
WORKING OVERTIME
The Condors went to overtime for the 18th time last night tied for fourth most games decided past regulation in the AHL. Bakersfield is 6-9 in overtime and 2-1 in shootouts. It was the fifth time in seven games the team went to the extra session. Tucson has been to overtime 20 times.
POWERING PLAY
For the first time since the final weekend of January, the Condors scored two power play goals last night. At 23.2%, the Condors have the third best power play in the AHL. Bakersfield is 8/23 (34.7%) against the Roadrunners this season.
DYNAMIC DUO BACK AT IT
Quinn Hutson and Isaac Howard each scored for the second straight game. Both had multi-point nights. Hutson’s goal was his 26th which leads all rookies while Howard had his 16th of the year.
DISHING IT
Viljami Marjala had an assist last night, his 32nd of the season, tied for 12th in the AHL.
HOME COOKIN
In the season series, the Condors are 11-3-3 in their last 17 on home ice against the Roadrunners.
ONE GOAL GAMES
Last night was the Condors 27th one-goal game of the season with a record of 12-5-10 (.630%).
SATURDAY NIGHT HOCKEY
Saturdays have been good to the Condors with an overall record of 11-4-4 and a home Saturday record of 7-1-1 on the marquee night of the week.
GRIFF BEING GRIFF
Seth Griffith had an assist last night, has four total in his last three games and is tied for fourth in league scoring with 52 points (15g-37a).

The Condors are 26-3-8 when holding at least a share of the lead after two periods.
PLAYOFF PICTURE
Bakersfield finds itself right in the thick of the Pacific Division playoff race with 16 games left in the regular season. The team sits fourth, seven points clear of fifth place Coachella Valley. MEEP MEEP
Andrew Agozzino had the overtime game winner last night, his 11th of the season, and second in as many games. Daniil But had a goal and assist. Tucson is tied with Henderson for the final playoff spot in the division with 58 points.
UP NEXT
The Condors jump out of the division for the first time this season when they head to Cedar Park for two games with the Texas Stars next Friday and Saturday. It’s part of a three-game road trip.
