The Bakersfield Condors play game two of a three-in-three and their second straight against the Las Vegas Wranglers tonight. Bakersfield is in the midst of a four-game homestand. They host Ontario tomorrow night before wrapping up the homestand on Tuesday night against San Francisco. This is game number 15 for the Condors and home game number eight. Las Vegas will play road game number four tonight, all of which have come in  Condorstown.

The Condors started the homestand off on a good note, winning a 2-1 shootout victory over the Wranglers yesterday morning in front of 7,426 screaming kids on the team’s annual Field Trip Day game. Bakersfield received a strong goaltending performance as G Scott Greenham denied 31 shots in regulation and three of four in the shootout. D Erik Burgdoerfer scored the team’s lone goal during regulation, while F Peter Boyd, C Robby Dee, and C Levi Nelson potted shootout goals.

The Condors have been to five shootout games this season, including three straight, with a 4-1 record in those games… Bakersfield is now 4-0-0-1 when leading after two periods… C Robby Dee has two assists in three games and a shootout goal since his return to the lineup a week ago… F Tyler Brenner (2g-3a) and F Jacob Lagace (1g-2a) each had three-game point streaks snapped yesterday.

D David Walker acquired from Toledo; suspended by team Nov. 15
C Parker Stanfield activated from reserve, Nov. 14
C Robby Dee activated from reserve, Nov. 9
F Zach Cohen placed on reserve, Nov. 9
