The Bakersfield Condors play the Idaho Steelheads for the final time this season, in what is a finale of a stretch of six straight against the Western Conference powerhouse. The Condors picked up their third win of the season against Idaho, in impressive fashion with a 5-0 decision. This is the third game in three nights for Idaho, and the second of a three-games-in-three-days weekend for the Condors.

G Scott Greenham made 29 saves for his first career shutout, and vs idaho four Condors had multiple-point games as Bakersfield defeated the Steelheads 5-0 on home ice. F Tyler Brenner and D Kyle Haines had a goal and an assist each, while newcomer F Nicholas Tremblay scored a goal in his Condors debut.

The Condors evolving roster saw several players make their debut in front of the hometown fans Friday night. D Kyle Haines has 1g-2a in three games since being acquired from Greenville along with F Francis Verreault, who has a point in all three games with the club and 1g-3a overall. Tremblay scored in his first game of the season. The rookie made his pro debut in the AHL at the tail end of last year but had yet to find a home in 2012-13.

Newly acquired F Max Campbell met up with the team in Idaho last weekend, but before he had a chance to play in Bakersfield he unexpectedly left the team to pursue a contract offer in Europe. Campbell was acquired from Toledo last week… Rookie F Nick Prockow scored his first professional goal last night… Last night was the third time this season Bakersfield has had three power play goals in a game… The Condors penalty kill has been perfect in four of the last five games, stopping 17 of 18 opportunities during that time.

1/11    F Nicholas Tremblay signed
1/11    F Max Campbell suspended
1/9    F Zach Cohen traded to Greenville for future
considerations and the rights to D T.J. Fast
1/7    F Liam Huculak suspended by team
1/3    F Alex Hudson released
1/3    F David Toews released
