Condors acquire Brad Snetsinger from Utah
Utah’s leading scorer comes to Condorstown

Bakersfield, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors, host of the 2011 ECHL All-Star Classic and ECHL affiliate of the Minnesota Wild, announced today that LW Brad Snetsinger has been acquired from the Utah Grizzlies in exchange for future considerations.

Snetsinger, 23, is currently in his third professional season. He split Brad Snetsingertime during his first two years with the American Hockey League’s Lowell Devils and the ECHL’s Trenton Devils. He spent the entire season last year in Lowell, playing in 57 games and compiling 18 points (5g-13a). With Trenton in 2008-09, he scored 21 goals and added 28 assists for 49 points in 49 games. He has played 26 games with Utah this season, picking up 10 goals and 13 assists for 23 points. Those totals lead Utah in all three categories.

Prior to turning pro, Snetsinger played 5 seasons in the Ontario Hockey League with the Mississauga IceDogs and Windsor Spitfires. In 253 OHL games, he compiled 211 points, scoring 105 goals and adding 106 helpers.

Snetsinger has played 7 games against Bakersfield this season, scoring five goals and recording four assists.

Snetsinger was named ECHL Player of the Week from Nov. 8 – 14 for his performance against the Condors, when he scored four goals and two assists, including a hat trick, in three games against the Condors.
