Condors double down on Aces, 6-3

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors, owned by the Edmonton Oilers, scored four times in the final 30 minutes of the game Thursday night to cruise to a 6-3 triumph over the winless Alaska Aces at Rabobank Arena. 
 
FIRST PERIOD
  • ACES GOAL: C Tim Coffman chipped a shot over Condors G Ty Rimmer from close range at 9:05; AK leads 1-0
  • CONDORS GOAL: RW Jonathan Lessard (3) sprung from the penalty box on a partial breakaway and snapped home a wrist shot off the left post (Marciano assist) at 16:05; tied 1-1

  • CONDORS GOAL: LW Jordan Kremyr cut around the defense and chipped in his first as a Condor (Winquist, Joe assist) at :40; BAK leads 2-1
  • ACES GOAL: LW Olivier Archambeault from between the circles put a one-timer under Rimmer 30 seconds after the Condors took the lead (at 1:10); tied 2-2
  • CONDORS GOAL: D Graeme Craig with a one-timer from the right circle on the power play (Holberg, Winquist assist) at 10:04 (pp); BAK leads 3-2
  • CONDORS GOAL: Lessard buries a wrist shot from the right circle for his 2nd of the game (Schaber, Pageau assist) at 15:48; BAK leads 4-2
