The Condors held a 14-9 shots lead in the middle period, but Colorado scored the only goal. F Riley Nelson snapped home a one-timer on the man-advantage at 16:04 to make it 2-2.
F Michael Forney scored early in the third to give the Eagles their first lead of the night, just 2:22 into the period. That proved to be the game winner, as Bakersfield failed to get the equalizer. The final shot total was 36-27 in favor of the Condors.

Since the Condors did not win, tickets for tonight’s game can be exchanged at the box office for a free ticket to the Monday, Dec. 26 contest against the Stockton Thunder.
The Condors honor our nation’s military past with “Don’t Tread On Me” Jersey Off Our Backs Night the day after Christmas, Monday, Dec. 26, sponsored by ABC23 and 92.1 Max FM. Five of the jerseys will be given away at the game, and the rest will be auctioned off to benefit Mercy & Memorial Hospital’s Get Fit Club. Game time is 7 p.m.
