The Condors and Wranglers meet for the 7th time this season and 4th time in Condorstown. Bakersfield owns a 4-2-0-0 record against their cross-desert rivals, with a 2-1-0-0 record on home ice. This is the first of eight remaining games head-to-head, including another meeting in three days in Las Vegas. Since Nov. 30, 2013, only the Alaska Aces have a better winning percentage in the Western Conference than the Condors 19-10-1-2 (.640) clip.

The Condors are coming off a 3-0 victory over the Alaska Aces in their last match on Monday. D Erik Burgdoerfer scored twice and G Laurent Brossoit recorded his league-leading 6th shutout of the season, making 27 saves in the triumph.

D Mark Nemec scored with less than a second remaining in regulation Tuesday night to give the Colorado Eagles a 3-2 victory in Las Vegas. The Wranglers have won just once in their last 10 games, and three times in their last 15.

Brossoit’s 6th shutout on Monday was his 4th of the season with the Condors, tying the team’s all-time record… F Greg Miller, who joined the team this week after a trade at the AHL level for F Nicholas Tremblay, now owns the highest point total on the team… C Gary Steffes has points in 7 of the last 8 games, with 10 points (4g-6a) during the stretch… Burgdoerfer now has a career-high eight goals, and two multi-goal games on the season… D Wes Cunningham, has 7 points in the last eight games… The Condors have a power play goal in each of the last seven games, and the penalty kill is perfect in 12 of the last 14.
