GRIFF CLOSING IN
Seth Griffith’s 64 points is two off the high water mark set by Tyler Benson in 2018-19 for a Condors player in a single AHL season. He had three assists on Saturday.
CRACKED THE CODE
Adam Cracknell scored twice on Saturday, his 14th and 15th of the season, part of a three-point night.
PERLINI REVS BACK UP
A night after having his seven-game point streak end, Brendan Perlini had a goal and assist on Saturday. He now has 11 goals and 18 points in 17 games with the Condors this season.
The Condors allowed 19 shots on Saturday in Henderson and have allowed just an average of 27.50 a night, good for 5th in the AHL.
Bakersfield qualified for the postseason for the third straight season that playoffs were held. In 2019 the team advanced to the Pacific Division Finals and 2021 the team captured the John D. Chick Trophy as Champions of the Pacific Division in a best-of-three series with Henderson.
San Jose has dropped seven straight, but has won three of seven meetings with the Condors this year, including the most recent.
