GAME PREVIEW presented by Rodriguez & Associates

The Condors wrap up a brief two-game homestand against the Gulls. Bakersfield has won the first two matchups this season with San Diego.

LAST TIME OUT

Bakersfield raced out to a 3-1 first intermission lead, but only secured a point in a 4-3 shootout loss to the Tucson Roadrunners. It was the Condors first shootout game of the season and the second straight to go past regulation.

TWO TWO TULLIO

Ty Tullio has goals in two straight and three points in his last two games (2g-1a). His multi-point effort on Friday was the first of his AHL career.

DOUBLE DIGITS

Seth Griffith became the second Condor to reach double digits in goals with his 10th on Saturday. He will represent the Condors at the AHL All-Star Classic in February.

TIGHT ONES

Bakersfield has played six consecutive one-goal games. Overall, 20 of the team’s 34 games have been one-goal games (7-10-3).

AIR MILES

After tonight, the Condors will play 12 of their next 17 games on the road, including five separate flight trips over the next six weeks.

RAPH REGISTERING

Raphael Lavoie notched an assist on Saturday. Since Dec. 20, the Quebec native has 10 points (5g-5a) in 10 games.

COMINGS AND GOINGS

Following the birth of Beau Skinner on Saturday to new parents Chloe and Stuart, Calvin Pickard has rejoined the Condors. Markus Niemelainen was also assigned earlier this week. Ryan Fanti and Samuel Dove-McFalls were both sent to Fort Wayne (ECHL).

ON THE OTHER SIDE

San Diego is 5-5-0 in its last 10 games. All-Star Selection Lukas Dostal has been the difference maker for the club, posting a .924 save percentage and three shutouts this season.
