GAME RECAP: Condors 3, San Diego 2

 

SAN DIEGO – The Bakersfield Condors (27-23-9-1; 64pts) never trailed and beat the San Diego Gulls (34-22-3-1, 72pts) for a third straight game, 3-2, on Wednesday night at Valley View Casino Center. C Kyle Platzer had three points (1g-2a) including the game-winner. C Joe Gambardella had two goals. With the win, coupled with Texas’ shootout loss and Stockton’s loss, the Condors are the equivalent of five points out of a playoff spot with eight games remaining.
