Condors get goals from McKegg and Bourgault in front of a crowd of 6,038

The Bakersfield Condors (1-1-0, 2pts) could not find a late equalizer and fell 3-2 to the Ontario Reign (2-2-0, 4pts) in front of a crowd of 6,038 on Saturday. It was the Condors ninth home opener in the American Hockey League and are now 5-3-1 in the team’s AHL home opener history.

Greg McKegg (1st) and Xavier Bourgault (1st) each scored their firsts of the season while Raphael Lavoie and Cam Dineen each earned their second assists in as many games.
