Ty Tullio had 13 goals in his rookie season

Part of a Condors rookie class which featured three 20-year old forwards, Ty Tullio found the back of the net 13 times. Selected in the fifth round of the 2020 NHL Draft by Edmonton, take a look back at the year that was:

  • Became the first Condors AHL rookie to record a hat trick as part of a four-point night on February 19 in San Diego
  • His 13 goals matched fellow 20-year Xavier Bourgault for second-most by a Condors 20-year old in the AHL (only Tyler Benson’s 15 in 2018-19 was more)
  • Had 10 points (4g-6a) in nine games from Jan 13 – Jan 31
  • Scored his first AHL goal on October 22 in Tucson

“His hockey sense is underrated. You see smart hockey players play well together. It’s because they know where to go.

The two things he has right now is hockey sense and compete level. Those are the two things you really need. Especially when guys are bigger, stronger and faster and older,” – Condors General Manager Keith Gretzky.
