Message: I see you are having open house on a Tue this year instead of a Sat.

Can you explain why? Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend but I am looking forward to the season. And as always go Condors! Topple the Thunder!

Reply: Leonard, we are going to have the Black & White intrasquad game like we did last season, but didn’t want to ask everyone to come to two Training Camp events in the span of three days, so we decided to combine the two. Many fans will remember that years ago we hosted the Open House at the arena and it was fun to have everyone back in the building after a long summer off, so I guess we’re kind of going back to our roots!

We have also found that a number of folks go out of town or are busy on the weekends, plus all the businesses that have season tickets can’t always send somebody on a Saturday or Sunday, which makes ticket pickups a little harder to hold on weekends.

So we’re going to try something new/old, and hold it at the arena this season. Sorry you can’t make it out, but for all those who can, stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.
