Matchup:
After not seeing each other in Oct. and Nov., the Reign and Condors will see plenty of each other the rest of the way. Side by side in the Pacific Division standings, Ontario
and Bakersfield will meet 15 times this season, including four times in December (with a two-game series in Ontario next weekend). The Condors are 13-10-3 against Ontario all-time, which includes one meeting in the organization’s previous incarnation as the Texas Wildcatters in 2004-05. The Condors took the only meeting of the season thus far, 5-4 last Wednesday, a game that saw five different players light the lamp for Bakersfield.
Condors misc:
C Joel Broda and C Pete Zingoni both skated last night for Bakersfield, one day after being reassigned from Houston of the American Hockey League. Broda scored twice while Zingoni added an assist in the game, while the duo accounted for 11 of the team’s 33 shots on the night… Bakersfield has released three players and traded another since Thursday, and in the last week has added seven players to the roster. RW Pascal Morency will be activated from IR for tonight’s game, almost a month since being put on the shelf… RW Erick Lizon is second in the ECHL with 100 PIM.

RW Pascal Morency was activated from 21-day IR today, while F Andrew Ianiero was placed on 3-day IR… F Jean-Marc Beaudoin was transferred from 3-day IR to 7-day IR and D Jay Cascalenda was activated from 7-day IR… F Bobby Robbins and LW J.D. Corbin were activated from 21-day IR Friday … D Jason Lepine was traded to Toledo in exchange for future considerations on Friday… LW Mika Suoraniemi was released Friday… C Joel Broda and C Pete Zingoni were assigned to the Condors by Minnesota on Thursday, from Houston (AHL)… F Mark Magnowski and RW Carter Smith were released Thursday.
