Tonight’s match up:

The Condors and Aces meet for the final time on the season tonight, wrapping up a seven-game season series. The Condors are 3-3-0 against Alaska, including 2-1-0 on home ice. The last time the clubs met was at the end of January, in a three-game series that saw the Condors go 1-2-0, including two games that head coach Marty Raymond was suspended for, and another game that was the most vs alaskapenalized game in Condors history, setting records for PIM for Bakersfield (162), both teams combined PIM (251) and individual PIM in a game (Erick Lizon, 40). This is the 141st meeting between the two teams, with Bakersfield going 61-63-16 all-time.

Condors misc:

Bakersfield is 10-2-0 in their last 12 games… The Condors have signed LW Mike Gurtler from Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. The 6-2, 200-pound Gurtler had 44 goals and 98 points in his four-year college career, including eight shorthanded goals… RW Bobby Robins (2g-4a) and LW Guillaume Lefebvre (4g-3a) both have five-game point streaks… Robins has crept up behind team leader RW Erick Lizon in penalty minutes. Lizon is 4th in the ECHL with 173, while Robins has 150. The last time the Condors had more than one player with at least 150 PIM was 2007-08 (Jason Goulet and Jason Kostadine)… G Brian Stewart is 2-0 against the Aces this season, surrendering just two total goals… Stewart has climbed to 4th in the ECHL with a 2.49 goals against average (GAA), and tied for 3rd with a .919 save percentage. He has surrendered two or less goals in seven of his last eight starts.

LW Mike Gurtler was signed today… RW Stephane Goulet is eligible to be activated today and will be a game time decision… The rights to LW Brad Snetsinger were traded to Florida for the rights to C Francis Lemieux on Mar. 11. Both players are currently in the AHL… G Jim Watt was signed on Mar. 10… RW J.D. Corbin and C Rylan Kaip both remain on 21-day IR.
